Time Constraints:
You are often juggling multiple responsibilities, from caring for your children to managing household tasks and, in some cases, working outside the home. Finding time for self-care can be a significant challenge, as there are often not enough hours in the day to address your own needs.
Guilt and Prioritization:
You feel guilty when you take time for yourself. You usually prioritize your children's well-being and needs above your own, believing that self-care is a luxury you cannot afford. This internal struggle between self-care and caregiving can be emotionally draining.
Physical and Emotional Exhaustion:
The demands of motherhood can be physically and emotionally taxing. Lack of sleep, constant caregiving, and managing the emotional needs of your children can lead to exhaustion. Finding the energy and motivation to exercise, eat well, or engage in other self-care activities is a daunting task.

That's why I created this Accountability Journal. To help me find the balance between the all-in or all-out mentality.
What I found after tracking for a few weeks that even when I was missing the bullseye of perfection... I was still hitting the target. And in doing so, I could actually move myself forward without the shame or guilt from me not being perfect!
