Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to The EDGE Method and The EDGE Method Elite (collectively referred to as “the Program”). By purchasing, accessing, or participating in the Program, you agree to the following:

1. Educational Purpose Only (No Medical Advice)

The Program is designed for educational and informational purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You understand that any nutrition, fitness, lifestyle, or wellness information shared is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

You are encouraged to consult with your physician or qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, exercise, or wellness routine, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication.

2. Results Disclaimer

Results vary from person to person. While the Program is designed to support sustainable health and wellness habits, no specific results or outcomes are guaranteed. Your success depends on many factors, including your personal effort, consistency, lifestyle, and health history.

3. Personal Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that participation in the Program is voluntary and that you are responsible for your own choices, actions, and results.

You assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or outcomes that may occur as a result of participating in fitness, movement, nutrition, or lifestyle activities suggested within the Program.

4. Coaching Scope

The Program provides guidance, education, accountability, and encouragement. It does not replace medical, mental health, or licensed professional care.

For EDGE Method Elite, private Zoom calls are for coaching and support purposes only and do not constitute therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.

5. Payment, Refunds & Access

All payments are final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled at the sole discretion of the Program provider.

Once access is granted, you are responsible for completing the Program within the provided timeframe (if applicable).

6. Call Policy (Elite Participants)

EDGE Method Elite includes four (4) private 30-minute Zoom calls.

• Calls must be scheduled and used within the designated program period.
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a call.
• Missed calls or late cancellations may be forfeited.
• Calls are non-transferable.

7. Community Membership & Guidelines

Participation in the Program’s community (online group, forum, or platform) is included with enrollment.

By joining, you agree to:

• Be respectful and supportive of all members

• Avoid harassment, judgment, or disruptive behavior

• Keep all discussions and shared content confidential

• Refrain from sharing, copying, or distributing Program content outside the community

The Program provider reserves the right to remove any participant from the community who violates these standards without refund.

8. Intellectual Property & Content Use

All Program materials, including videos, documents, worksheets, and written content, are the intellectual property of the Program provider.

Materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, recorded, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

9. Termination of Access

The Program provider reserves the right to terminate access to the Program or community for violations of these Terms & Conditions, misuse of content, or disruptive behavior.

10. Agreement

By purchasing and participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
